Women’s Ministries Conference Calls
The annual meeting of the Women’s Ministries General Council was held January 7-9, 2010. During the meeting, the Council heard a report on Come to the Fire conferences and plans for the 2010 conference. The council reviewed the PWR web site and the Purpose and Mission statements for Women’s Ministries. The council concluded that these statements were sound, and developed a motto: Gather, Grow, Go—Girl!
The Council also decided to host quarterly conference calls. The purpose of these calls is to provide information and resources to assist Women’s Ministries leaders. The first theme for the calls will be the new motto and ways to implement them into ministry settings.
